Fee and Guarantees for Domestic Permanent Staffing
1. ABLE_Employment_Agency_Inc., is a fee-based domestic staffing firm. We seek prospective domestic employees on behalf of clients by conducting extensive interviews and background checks to determine suitable candidates for specific domestic programs. ABLE handles all negotiations for our clients on subjects such as salary, benefits, hours, vacations, holidays, and all other miscellaneous subjects.
2. ABLE has no application or retainer's fee, nonetheless employers outside the tri-state is required to pay an additional out of state placement charge of $500.00 in on top of finders fee. The fee for services rendered is due and payable within the first week of employment.
3. When a suitable candidate receives a job offer by you and accepts it, the trial period begins. We offer a one-week trial at the end of this trial period, the finders fee is due in full. Please refer to our contract for terms and conditions.
4. If the employee leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days after the initial week trial period, and you already have fulfilled your contractual payment obligations ABLE will conduct a search for a replacement of the candidate at no further charge to the client.
5. Before this hiring process begins, a client must sign ABLE's Employers Agreement, please carefully review the agreement which outlines the terms and conditions. Upon receiving a signed copy of the contract, we will resume the search and begin the referral process. We mat expect to start receiving information on prospective employees within a week.
